Good Faith

In January 2022, Congress passed the No Surprises Act.

This requires medical providers to give our patients a "Good Faith" estimate of the charges that will be generated by an office visit IF:

  • the visit is booked more than three days in advance and

  • the patient is out-of-network for the medical provider or

  • the patient prefers to pay out-of-pocket at the time of service.

For those of you with high deductibles, it would benefit you to consider paying out of pocket/at the time of service with Gallagher Pediatrics since we provide a 30% discount on services provided in order to not have to work with your insurance company.  You can submit those charges to your HSA or even to your insurance company for reimbursement.
