Membership Model

If you would like to join the practice and have an insurance plan that we do NOT contract with, you can still have affordable and high-quality pediatric care at our clinic.  We call this method of payment the "Membership Model". 

With it, you commit to paying monthly for a period of time (one quarter or one year, depending on the child's age). The fee covers all services offered in the office.  This is also a great choice for families who are here in Park City part-time or seasonally.
